The Project
We were really pleased to be awarded this project after a lengthy tendering process that came right down to the wire, against some very stiff competition.
A turn-key solution was one of the requirements for this project, so we teamed up with Hexley Workspace who we have successfully worked in conjunction with on numerous occasions in the past.
The client needed to get their management team out of their existing premises ASAP, so to facilitate this we provided some loan furniture for them to work from at the new office on the ground floor.
The fit-out work started on the first floor and as soon as this was completed, we installed the new furniture to allow staff to start working on that floor.
The required furniture for this project was ordered in ahead of schedule and held in storage as PHL was keen to be operational as soon as possible, and if the first floor fit-out works finished quicker than anticipated (which it did), we were ready to follow straight behind with the furniture.
The loan furniture from the ground floor was then taken away to allow the fit-out work to commence on that floor and once this had been finished, we installed the furniture. The project was complete on time and within budget.
