The Project

WarrensInteriors have been working with Denplan for a number of years looking after their day-to-day office furniture requirements, so when Denplan’s business expansion plans required a new office building to be furnished to accommodate 40 staff members, they selected us to manage the project for them.

The Denplan management team were keen on creating an inspiring work space that their employees would be happy, comfortable and enjoy working in and were interested in the more modern styles of office furniture.

To help Denplan make the right choice of office furniture for their needs, we measured the entire building and produced 3D space plans to show the maximum number of staff that could be accommodated. We also produced full colour visualisation images of what the office could look like with the furniture style and colour scheme that they were considering.

These visualisations were key in allowing Denplan to see how the space would look – and as you can see from the completed photos below, the finished job was almost identical to the rendering!

The installation was carried out over 2 days and the site left clean and clear of all rubbish which was recycled wherever possible. Our installation team also fitted a number of large whiteboards to the walls in positions specified by the client, as well as servicing and fitting new shelves to some existing metal storage units.

The Bench System is a very clean looking product and was complimented by the colour scheme selected and the thinner 19mm thick tops used. New ergonomic operators chairs were supplied for all staff to ensure they would be comfortable in their new working environment.

The new office has received great feedback from the staff who have already said they really enjoy working in it.

We selected WarrensOffice who measured up the space we had available, created 3D space plans to show how many staff could be accommodated, and then produced a colour visualisation to show us how the completed job could look.
