The Project

After cutting our teeth on some smaller projects, WarrensOffice was awarded the contract to supply and install all of the office furniture for the new Harmoni Head Office in Hertfordshire.

WarrensOffice worked in conjunction with the fit-out company selected by Harmoni, supplying detailed 3-D CAD plans to ensure that the power from the floor boxes and the overhead lighting was correctly positioned in relation to the office desks.

This project consisted of the provision of office desks and office chairs for 64 staff, office storage solutions, power modules, office meeting room furniture for several meeting rooms, break out furniture and office reception units and sofa. This challenging job was completed on time and within budget.

A dedicated project manager from WarrensOffice was on-site to ensure deliveries arrived on time and were unloaded in the correct areas. He also made sure that the office furniture installation team did not disrupt the other company sharing the building.

WarrensOffice has continued to work with the Harmoni group at other branches since completing their Head Office project, including Suffolk and High Wycombe.
