Meet James, our Office Interiors Manager, a part of the WarrensOffice team for over 8 years. His focus is to steer you through the process of relocating office, moving, refitting your office or simply refreshing your office space.
James makes it easy for you whether you need a new office chair, a bespoke office reception desk or a total office refit, we have the office space design and fitting expertise to manage any size and scale of project. Our approach to every project is with the same care and attention to detail.
We donít see the delivery and installation as the end of our relationship with our clients. We are always only a phone call away should they have any questions, queries or need a replacement key for example.

"After taking on the downstairs floor in our building it was time to become creative. We were looking for a fresh new design when it came to furniture to flow with our design. As we use Warrens for all our stationary requirements we invited them to quote for the job as we always get a professional service and once again they provided that service.
From the initial meeting where we explained our ideas they provided us with a variety of different design ideas. As we were unsure on what we could fit in the space Warrens provided us with a free design service where we received some CAD drawings of how the office could look with the furniture - but not only did we get the standard 2D CAD drawings they also gave us some 3D CAD drawings which really helped to imagine how we could utilise the space.
As with everything cost was important as we had to fit the furniture into a pre-approved budget - Warrens understood this and worked closely with us to give different solutions to bring the furniture into budget but while still keeping the quality we expect from them.
Once everything was approved and ordered, Warrens gave us a delivery date and when things didn't go to plan our end they moved it with no problems to fit it to our needs. The team turned up and in a professional manner set about putting the desks together with the approved plan.
And what can we say, it came out fantastic!"

Also my thanks for being so flexible; I know it was hard to get access to the site and there were a number of last minute changes that you had to accommodate which meant additional visits. The guys that came to install the furniture were very efficient and I appreciate the fact that you didn’t charge us again when additional visits were required.

The furniture supplied is of a very good quality, with minor issues and faults after installation dealt with and resolved very quickly and efficiently. Quality of service has always been a key element in building relationships with suppliers, and since the first meeting with Warrens, I was convinced they were the right choice for Denplan. From detailed reporting to tailor made 3-d office drawings to same day deliveries, the high quality of service has been consistent throughout the business.
