case study image case study image case study image After cutting our teeth on some smaller projects, Warrens was awarded the contract to supply and install all the office furniture for the new Harmoni Head Office in Hertfordshire.

Warrens worked in conjunction with the fit-out company selected by Harmoni, supplying detailed CAD plans to ensure that the power from the floor boxes and the overhead lighting was correctly positioned in relation to the desks.

This project consisted of desks and seating for 64 staff, storage solutions, power modules, furniture for several meeting rooms, break out furniture and reception unit and sofa. This challenging job was completed on time and within budget.

A dedicated project manager from Warrens was on-site to ensure deliveries arrived on time and were unloaded in the correct areas. He also made sure that the installation team did not disrupt the other company sharing the building.

Warrens has continued to work with the Harmoni group at other branches since completing their Head Office, including Suffolk and High Wycombe so far this year.

Warrens worked in conjunction with the fit-out company (selected by Verisona) liaising directly with them to ensure the furniture arrived at the right time and was fully installed in time for the opening party!

Our dedicated project manager met frequently with the fit-out company before the installation, discussing power and data point positioning in relation to the desks, position of the reception unit in relation to the overhead lighting and numerous other details which were vital to ensure that Verisona were completely satisfied with the finished result.  

Warrens even supplied and installed a completely bespoke and fully DDA compliant reception unit.

Warrens has continued to supply the Verisona group with additional items of furniture since completing this project.
